What are our shipping procedures?
We offer 3 shipping services for our NZ Customers, via NZ-Post. We also have a Click & Collect service if our customers would like to pick the item up from our Glenfield (Auckland City) store.
1. Pick up in-store: we are located in Glenfield, Auckland City, please contact us or leave us your number to arrange a pick up.
2. Shipping non-tracked: this is our Free Shipping service that we provide for all our New-Zealand customers that spend over $100NZD. The product(s) usually takes 4-5 business days to arrive.
3. Tracked shipping ($5.99): for the extra security of your parcel, we highly recommend tracked shipping. The product(s) usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive.
4. Overnight shipping ($9.99): if you're in a rush to receive your item we highly recommend overnight shipping. The product(s) usually take 1-2 business days to arrive.
YES, WE OFFER WORLDWIDE/OVERSEAS SHIPPING
We offer 2 shipping services for our Overseas Customers, via NZ-Post.
1. Standard Shipping ($30.00NZD): This is a Flat Fee, no matter how ever many garments you add to your cart. It can take up-to 2 weeks for the products to arrive, so unfortunately we can't give you an exact time frame.
2. Tracked Shipping ($40.00NZD): This is a Flat Fee, no matter how ever many garments you add to your cart. It can take up-to 2 weeks for the products to arrive, so unfortunately we can't give you an exact time frame. We will email you the tracking number so you can track it at all times.
*Please be aware your country might have have GST on your orders, this will be a cost that the BUYERS/CUSTOMERS. Look into your countries laws and regulations for importing or buying products online.
What is our refund/return policy?
We offer a 7 day store credit refund policy, please contact the team so we can provide you with the details of the return address. once we receive the item(s) we will then provide you with a store credit voucher which will be valid for 12 months.
1. Products must be returned in the same condition you have received them, within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. You (The buyer) must contact the team via email or mobile letting us know you would like to return/exchange the item, we then will provide you with the return address.
3. You (The buyer) will have to pay for the postage of the product being sent back to us, once we receive the item we will then give then provide a store credit code.
